Cup Without Borders

Cup Without Borders emerged from joining two similar half-marathons in two parts of Slovenia. In the Coastal region Kraški Half-Marathon is well known in Slovenia as well as abroad and in the Štajerska region the Rokov Tek Half-Marathon is making its way. They share a beautiful countryside and they both cross borders and thus in a way connect Slovenia with its neighbouring countries Italy and Croatia. Initial cooperation of the two half-marathons led to the idea for the Cup Without Borders. The runners at the Kraški Half-Marathon and the Rokov Tek Half-Marathon will compete for great prizes and for the Cup Without Borders. The rules are very simple. Fill out the application and check that you wish to run at both races in one year, Kraški Half-Marathon and Rokov Tek Half-Marathon.
The purpose of both half-marathons is not only to run but also to present the unspoiled countryside and local cuisine and wines to the participants. Therefore the prizes at the Cup Without Borders will be the gifts of nature, such as dry-cured ham, sausages, wine, home-baked bread and other traditional goodies.
